Standard Shipping
At Stonovia, lead time for Standard orders ship in 5–8 business days (parcel) or 5–14 business days (LTL), depending on stock availability. However, custom-made, bulk, or out-of-stock items may take 6–10 weeks or longer. Lead time for samples varies from 3-5 business days. Please be aware that while we provide estimates for shipping and delivery times, they are are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, shipping disruptions, customs hold-ups, lack of stock, or other factors outside of our control can lead to delays. However, we will always strive to deliver your order at the earliest opportunity.
Expedited Shipping
We use third party mail couriers as the delivery method for all our orders. Currently, we are not able to offer free expedited shipping or 2-day shipping on any of our products. Expedite sample shipping requires extra shipping fees. If you want to expedite your product order, please contact our customer service for a shipping quote at contact@stonovia.com.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Canada only. For a shipping quote, please contact our customer service team at contact@stonovia.com
Order Status and Tracking Number
Once your order has been processed, we will email you order status updates and your tracking number. You can always access your account online and view your order status and tracking details there.
Items Damaged in Transit
Items damaged in transit can be replaced under our shipping guarantee. We may ask for photographic or video evidence for our records.
Order Cancellation or Order Change
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team at contact@stonovia.com within 24 hours after you placed your order. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, inventory is reserved, and changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
